Senior Product Marketing Manager

Location: USA

In this strategic role, you will take part in Attunity’s marketing and product strategy, define and manage go-to-market plans, and generate marketing and sales tools to drive demand and adoption of Attunity’s real-time data integration product portfolio. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities to drive revenue and market share for our products. You will craft powerful messaging and product positioning. You’ll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. You will be an expert in the target market and provide transfer and tools to enable both the direct sales team and business partners. You’ll also be the product champion and evangelist internally and externally.

In this role, you will:

Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products

  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
  • Market intelligence – be the expert on potential buyers; be the expert on the competition and how to crush them
  • Demand generation – contribute to the development the strategy and content for programs that drive demand for our products
  • Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan

Required qualifications:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in product marketing role for enterprise software
  • Solid understanding of one or more of the following technologies and markets: data integration, Hadoop, database, streaming and business intelligence markets
  • Excellent and creative writing and communication skills with at least 3 years’ experience with hands-on creation of marketing and sales tools (whitepapers, presentations, articles, competitive profiles, etc.)
  • Great presentation skills

Preferred:

  • Experience working at a leading data management, data integration, or BI company
  • Master’s Degree
  • At least 2 years’ experience in successfully launching new products/services
  • Self-motivated, innovative and creative thinker

Travel:

Travel (approximately 10-20%) for customer visits, industry conferences, providing thought leadership and evangelism, supporting marketing activities at trade shows
