Shimon Alon

Chairman and CEO

Shimon Alon, Chairman of the Board, was appointed Chief Executive Officer on June 1st 2008. Previously Mr Alon was CEO of Precise Software Solutions, a leading provider of application performance management. Following the acquisition of Precise by VERITAS Software Corporation in June 2003, Mr. Alon served as an executive advisor to VERITAS. Prior to Precise Software, Mr. Alon held a number of positions at Scitex and its subsidiaries including President and Chief Executive Officer of Scitex America and Managing Director of Scitex Europe. Mr. Alon holds a degree from the Executive Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

Dror Harel-Elkayam

Chief Financial Officer

Dror has been Attunity's Vice President of Finance and Secretary from October 2004 until February 2007. Prior to that he served as Director of Finance and Corporate Secretary of Precise from August 1997 until June 2003, and as Finance Manager of Precise from June 2003 until September 2004, following the acquisition of Precise by Veritas.

Mr. Harel-Elkayam holds a B.A. degree in economics and accounting from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem. He is also a certificated public accountant in Israel.

Mel Passarelli

Vice President and General Manager, North America

Mel Passarelli is vice president of sales for North America. In this role, Mel is responsible for increasing Attunity’s penetration in multiple verticals across the workplace applications market. Mel leverages his years of experience in sales to drive both the direct sales and indirect sales opportunities for Attunity. Mel brings over twenty years of experience in the enterprise software space and in engineering.

Prior to joining the company, Mel was vice president of sales for various private and public software companies helping them to achieve rapid growth. He spent over thirteen years helping to build Intergraph Corporation into a Fortune 500 company.

Mel holds a BA and MBA from the State University of New York in Buffalo, and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston.

Erez Zeevi

Vice President, Research and Development and World Wide Support

Erez is responsible for the research and development of all Attunity software products as well as the worldwide after-sales support and maintenance of those products. With more than 17 years of working in various programming, engineering/development, project and management roles, Erez has deep experience in all aspects and all levels of the R&D and support functions. Erez holds a BSc. in software engineering from the Israel Institute Of Technology.

Itamar Ankorion

Vice President, Business Development and Corporate Strategy

Itamar Ankorion is vice president of business development and corporate strategy at Attunity. In this role, Itamar is responsible for Attunity’s market and product strategy, as well as Attunity's alliances including Microsoft, Oracle, IBM and SAP. Prior to this role, Itamar served as head of marketing and product management. Itamar has more than 15 years of experience in marketing, business development and product management in the enterprise software space. He holds a BA in Computer Science and Business Administration and an MBA from the Tel Aviv University.

Matt Benati

Vice President, Global Marketing

Matt Benati, Attunity's Vice President of Global Marketing, is responsible for Attunity's worldwide marketing and sales enablement efforts. His focus is on driving Attunity's brand awareness and demand generation. With more than 20 years of experience in the B2B technology industry, Matt has also held senior product marketing positions at companies including IBM, Netezza, Application Security, Kronos and Excara. Matt holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University in Medford, MA, and an MBA from Babson College in Babson Park, MA. He is also a Pragmatic Marketing Certified Product Manager.

Dan Falk

Dan Falk served as the President and Chief Operating Officer and then Chief Executive Officer of Sapiens International Corporation N.V., Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Orbotech Ltd., and held senior positions at Israel Discount Bank Ltd.
Dan Falk serves as the chairman of the board of directors of Chromagen Ltd. and is a member of the boards of directors of Orbotech Ltd., Nice System Ltd, Orad Hi-Tech Systems Ltd, Jacada Ltd., Ormat Techologies Inc.,Plastopil Ltd., Nova Measuring Systems Ltd, Amiad Filteration Systems Ltd., A.V.T Ltd and Oridion Medical Ltd. He holds a M.B.A degree from the Hebrew University School of Business.

Dov Biran

Dr. Dov Biran was a professor of computers at Northeastern University. Prior to joining the Northeastern University faculty, Professor Biran was the acting CEO and the CTO of Attunity. He previously founded and served as president of Bridges for Islands, Ltd., a company that developed infrastructure for systems integration and B2B,which was acquired by Attunity. Dr.Biran also founded and served as the CEO of Optimal Technologies Ltd. He also served as the Chief Information Officer of Dubek Ltd., officer in the computer unit of the Israeli Defense Forces and was an adjunct professor at Tel Aviv University.
He holds a B.Sc, MBA and a Ph.D. in Computers and Information Systems from Tel Aviv University.

Ron Zuckerman

Mr. Zuckerman was a founder and CEO of Sapiens International Corporation and currently serves as its non-executive Chairman. In addition, Mr. Zuckerman was a founder and the Chairman of Precise Software Solutions prior to its sale to VERITAS in 2003.

Tali Alush-Aben

Tali Alush-Aben is currently an independent consultant. Until January 2008, she was a General Partner at Gemini, an Israeli venture capital fund she joined in 1994. Her focus in Gemini was primarily on software companies, with recent activities in Cleantech. Prior to joining Gemini, she served as Marketing Director of RadView, then a start-up software company, and as Senior Product Marketing Manager at SunSoft Inc. From 1990 to 1992, she served as Marketing Director for Mercury Interactive Corporation. Ms. Alush-Aben holds a B.Sc. degree.

Gil Weiser

Mr. Weiser served as the Chief Executive Officer of Orsus Solutions Ltd., a situation system management provider, as the Chief Executive Officer of Hewlett Packard (Israel) and CMS Corporation, a distributor of Hewlett Packard products and services, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Fibronics International Inc., a worldwide provider of network solutions and as Chief Executive Officer of Digital Israel, a wholly owned subsidiary of Digital Equipment Corporation. He currently serves on the boards of directors of several companies, including Fundtech Ltd. and ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. He also served as a director of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and as Chairman of the Multinational Companies Forum, Vice Chairman of the Israeli Management Center and as Chairman of the Executive Board of Haifa University Mr. Weiser holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Technion, Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa as well as a Master of Science from the University of Minnesota.
