    Default Source Database Disaster Recovery

What are the recommended steps to complete the disaster recovery process for Attunity Oracle CDC for SSSIS solution when the source oracle database was restored from the backup to an earlier point in time and now is out of sync with the target SQL Server database?

    Hi,

After restoring the Oracle database to an earlier point in time, it is recommended to:
    1. Reset the CDC Solution to the current time, or any time after the database restore operation was done. This can be done using the "Reset CDC" option in the Management Console.
    2. Run the Full Load Packages
    3. Now you can continue running the CDC Packages

    Regards,

    Gadi
