Hi Azaz,

Yes. Attunity Oracle-CDC for SSIS supports working with both:
1. SQL Server 2005 with Service Pack 2
2. SQL Server 2008

On the following x86 or x64 platforms:
• Windows Server 2003 and 2008
• Windows XP
• Windows Vista

How do you register/add in Attunity's CDC accelerator in SQL 2008 Business Intelligence studio?

We add it to the add-ins list in the registry.

Does it work on the Standard Edition of SQL Server or does it require Enterprise Edition?

It works with any SQL Server edition as long as it includes integration services. For development, the SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio is also required.
