Error while changing from table to view

i have checked with different server and different DBs..sometimes it gives error and sometimes it works perfect.not able to figure out exact cause

Hi,

You mentioned that with small number of tables and views it is working fine but, when using like 45-50 tables and views it gives the error. How did you do that? Using different database or owner that have different number of tables? If so, this sounds like a network timeout error causing the problem. To verify, you can check the log files under the temp folder in the product installation folder.

The client is reporting a timeout error when getting the tables list takes a long time.

Anyway, you may specify the table name manually, in the advanced editor component properties page, instead of seleting the table from the list.
