KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Successful track record as a sales person (overachievement of personal targets/goals).
  • At least 6 years of sales experience. Deal sizes $50 – 500K.
  • Proven record of success in selling software solutions to senior management in enterprises, in particular initial value proposition presented to a business-level audience
  • Experience and deep understanding of the market in selling business intelligence/ BPM / BAM/ Portals, Content management, Collaboration directly to Business units as opposed to infrastructure IT
  • Experience in selling a product that represents a new concept for which the customer may not have any frame of reference beyond analogies. At the same time, a proven ability to demonstrate how a product will alleviate the customer's most immediate pain. – Big advantage.
  • Good network of existing senior executive contacts within enterprises in the respective territory.
  • Experience in selling to verticals to solve business related problems – an advantage.
  • Work experience in both a start-up and a large organization – an advantage.

TASK DESCRIPTION

  • Development and writing UI infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Coding experience in Visual c# .Net
  • Work experience with Winforms
  • Work experience with XML
  • Excellent teamwork + flexibility in moving between tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure & constant changes

ADVANTAGEOUS

  • Work experience with configuration management tools like: CVS, Clearcase
  • Familiarity with Design patterns
  • Coding experience in Flex & Reach Internet Applications

EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree in computer science from a well-known university.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of experience
